I am over the top excited for us to all gather together!!!! I am believing big things for you—healing things, hope-filled things, redeeming things, and powerful God-Only steps of faith things! This is going to be a big and busy day—it will feel part retreat-y and part fire hydrant. But I’m also praying that it gives you time to take a deep breath, space to look back, and courage to move forward to the things God has in store for you!
I wanted to put all the info you might need on one page for you to easily access. But if you have any other questions, email hello@beckykiser.com and I will be in touch ASAP.
Love you! Mean it! XO, Becky Kiser
P.S. If you share about the retreat on social media at all use #NewYearNewThingRetreat and tag me (@beckykiser), so we can all follow along and also so I can be sure to see it!
At the neighborhood gate, use code: #0506 (if it’s open, then come on through!)
This is the home of a dear friend of mine, Deb Alexander. She is super generous to open up her home to us this weekend and you will LOVE it! I prayed for something that would feel homey and cozy, but also be in nature and give us space to spread out. Then Deb offered up her home and it’s just perfect. I gasped and squealed because it’s so perfect for our gathering!
Parking: When you arrive you can park along the edge of the circle drive, or on the side of the street outside the gate of the house, whatever is available. Then just come right in!
Lodging Recommendations: If you need a place to stay or are wanting to make this a retreat and just want to stay somewhere, then head to the event page for recommendations.
So if wearing a cute outfit and fixing your hair and make up for a girl’s day sounds fun to you, do that! But if sweats and a messy bun sound more like your jam, then do that! This day is all about you! I will likely wear leggings, slip on vans, and some flowy sweater/shirt.
While we will be inside for most of our event, currently Accuweather is predicting it will be a high of 69/low of 47 with 35% chance of precipitation. Which means absolutely nothing since it’s Texas! Ha! For sure bring something to stay warm if the venue is cold or if we venture outdoors. Bring an umbrella in case it rains and you still want to go for a walk around the pond or trail.
